The WindAssist power generator is an option on CB 1-w units. The WindAssist supplements the solar array and provides additional battery
charging capacity for areas with intermittent solar availability. The turbine is a replaceable three blade design in case of damage or long-term wear. The WindAssist measures 46 inches in diameter and is constructed of marine grade materials. The vertical mount is constructed from high grade schedule 80 aluminum with stainless steel hardware. The WindAssist provides over 100 watts charge in wind speeds as low as 10 mph and produces up to 200 watts at 28 mph.
