The DFB 2-e combines the CB 2-e wall mount style with an integrated housing to accept an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The DFB 2-e offers all the benefits of the standard unit plus ready access to an AED within its climate controlled compartment. Access to the AED is easily controlled through a signal to the Code Blue phone to release the door hatch. Available in heavy steel with a durable weather resistant finish, it is designed for both exterior and interior applications.

The combination LED beacon/strobe and the exclusive analog InterAct™ and VoIP speakerphones are designed for maximum reliability, vandal resistance, auxiliary functions, mass notification control, and fault monitoring and reporting capability; leading the market in system programming flexibility.

Controlled AED access and controlled AED housing temperature allow the end user to place these wall mount units in outdoor areas where timely response to sudden cardiac arrest is critical.
