InterActCMS™

The new InterActCMS™ from Code Blue provides full incident activity documentation through recorded audio (voice) transmission, unit recognition, call definition (emergency, info, auxiliary input or loss of power) and an automatically archived database.

The heart of the CMS is a gateway device tied in through the computer's serial port combined with the proprietary Code Blue software. CMS requires no physical hardware modification to your computer system and does not require an external caller ID display near your monitor.

Special features of the CMS include the ability to attach supplemental notes to a specific activity thus creating a "note trail" to the original call, strobe control operation (on, off or extend operation beyond call termination) and the ability to simultaneously open an associated file upon call activation.

A key advantage of the Code Blue CMS is head end integration for a total system solution.
