The diagnostic feature allows for testing on demand or to a pre-set schedule chosen by the supervisor. Historical testing records and programming records can be retained and searched or sorted by unit ID, date range or event type, and can also be printed or archived.
The InterActRPD operates independently from the emergency phone system and incoming or in progress calls are maintained even if the computer is turned off or the program is not running.
The RPD is available in two formats:
- Software with drivers and PCI card. (minimum PC requirements are: Pentium III processor, 1GB hard drive, 256MB RAM, MS Windows 2000 or XP operating system, and full-size PCI slot)
- PC - keyboard & mouse with software, drivers and card installed. (The supplied PC is a name brand PC with minimum: Pentium 4/2.4GHz, 256MB RAM, MS Windows XP operating system)
An optional flat screen monitor is also available. Database setup is also available from Code Blue for a "Plug and Play" solution.

Remote Programming Features
All programming can be preformed by RPD with the exception of the ability of changing the phone's passwords. For Secruity reasions, this must be done manually.
